Fun Fact: I’m also on the radio! Listen to my show “The Marinade” on KSDT at 2pm on Wednesdays (if you dare !! :P)

I love the collaborative nature of filmmaking and all the different mediums and skills it involves, and I’m excited to work with the great Triton Television community this year as A.S. Project Manager (with the amazing Ashley Jones) to bring student visions, events, and efforts to life on video. I’m also excited to learn new skills and techniques from my peers, mentors, and mentees :)

I love Studio Ghibli movies! My favorites change all the time, but mine right now are Only Yesterday, Whisper of the Heart, and The Tale of Princess Kaguya. I’m also really interested in creative uses of the horror/gore genre (like Hausu, Fargo, A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night) and the documentary genre (The Beaches of Agnes, Close Up, Sans Soleil, and How To With John Wilson) and also just generally really devastating films. I’ll always take a devastating film recommendation. My recent contemporary favorite is Decision to Leave. (sob)
